We were born in the middle of the pandemic when there were no places to go out and socialize. We were craving to have our social lives back.

We wanted to create an oasis in the middle of the city, so a bunch of us got together to get a place where we could have fun in a free and safe way, whilst always having someone that we could trust close by.  We call each other Frats (Yeah its mixed, we use Frats because we treat our frats like our brothers and sisters).

We became such a success due to our lifestyle that we quickly had a waiting list for our rooms in the Condesa house, so we decided to expand this cool living concept and include more people. The 2nd International Frat House in Santa Fe was born.

The Frat houses are places where you live the vibe of a cool hostel, but with people that you actually know and care about.

We have a lot of parties  and there are no rules besides taking care of eachothers stuff. Our Frat Houses are an oasis of fun and caring in the middle of the jungle of the city.
